As my internship at Katrium approaches its conclusion, I find myself reflecting on an incredibly enriching experience that has not only broadened my technical skills but also deepened my understanding of the professional world. Katrium, an outsourcing firm in Estonia, provided the perfect platform for me to apply and expand my knowledge as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Information Technology through their flexible, work-from-home internship program.

How I Discovered Katrium

I first came across Katrium while researching opportunities that would align with my field of study and provide practical experience in a remote setup. The company stood out due to its focus on diverse projects and its reputation for fostering a supportive learning environment.

Why I Applied

The decision to apply was an easy one. I was drawn to Katrium’s emphasis on outsourcing and digital innovation, which perfectly aligned with my studies in Information Technology. I hoped to gain exposure to real-world applications of my education, particularly in areas like SEO, content creation, and the use of online tools.

What I Hoped to Achieve

At the start of my internship, my goals were clear: I wanted to learn how to effectively manage multiple digital tools, improve my skills in creating and optimizing content, and understand how outsourcing firms like Katrium manage complex projects for clients across various industries.

Time management, adaptability, and clear communication became second nature as I juggled various tasks remotely. Additionally, the support and guidance from the Katrium team gave me the confidence to take on challenges and grow as a professional. The opportunity to create training materials further sharpened my ability to simplify complex ideas and present them in a way that others can easily understand.
